Privacy 1. Introduction
1.1. These terms and conditions govern the provision of real estate services by Secira, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," to its clients or customers.
1.2. By engaging the Company's services, the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Services
2.1. The Company provides various real estate services, including but not limited to property sales, purchases, rentals, leasing, property management, and consulting.
2.2. The specific services to be provided by the Company will be outlined in a separate agreement between the Company and the client.
3. Client Obligations
3.1. The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information to the Company regarding their real estate requirements, preferences, and financial capacity.
3.2. The client agrees to cooperate with the Company and provide any necessary documentation or information required to facilitate the provision of services.
3.3. The client acknowledges that the Company acts as a facilitator and advisor in real estate transactions and that final decisions regarding property transactions are the sole responsibility of the client.
4. Company Obligations
4.1. The Company agrees to provide real estate services with due care, skill, and diligence in accordance with industry standards and legal requirements.
4.2. The Company will maintain confidentiality regarding client information and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.
4.3. The Company will disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may arise in the course of providing services to the client.
5. Fees and Payments
5.1. The client agrees to pay the Company's fees for the services provided, as outlined in the separate agreement between the parties.
5.2. Payment terms, including the amount of fees, payment schedule, and methods of payment, will be specified in the agreement.
6. Liability
6.1. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred by the client as a result of reliance on information provided by the Company, unless such loss, damage, or expenses arise from the Company's negligence or wilful misconduct.
6.2. The Company shall not be liable for any acts or omissions of third parties, including but not limited to property owners, buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, or other real estate agents.
7. Termination
7.1. Either party may terminate the agreement for real estate services by providing written notice to the other party.
7.2. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay any outstanding fees or expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chennai, India.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai India.
9. Amendments
9.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by providing written notice to the client.
9.2. Amendments to these terms and conditions shall be effective upon the client's acceptance or continued use of the Company's services.
